The answer is no. Scentsy is a direct selling company and in order to become a consultant you must choose a sponsor. If you do decide to sign up as a Scentsy consultant make sure you choose your sponsor wisely. The job of a good sponsor should be to provide you with training, support and to do everything they can to help you succeed with your new Scentsy business.
