Yes. Disney products have a lifetime warranty, the same warranty as Scentsy’s other non-Disney products.
Do The Disney Collection products have the same satisfaction guarantee as other Scentsy products?
Yes. Like all Scentsy products, The Disney Collection products have a 30-day satisfaction guarantee.
Can The Disney Collection products be exchanged for non-Disney items?
No. Any satisfaction exchange for a Disney item would need to be for another Disney item.
Are The Disney Collection products eligible for refunds or product credit instead of a product exchange?
No.
Why are The Disney Collection products more expensive than similar Scentsy products?
The price of The Disney Collection products includes the royalty paid to Disney for the right to use its intellectual property.
