30-day satisfaction guarantee: If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can exchange it for a different product within 30 days of delivery—as long as it's in resalable condition. Refunds are not available; exchanges only.
Lifetime replacement warranty: Scentsy products include a lifetime replacement warranty for manufacturing defects. If your product arrives damaged, has a manufacturing defect, or experiences an electrical issue, you may return it to your Independent Consultant for repair or replacement at any time.
Scentsy Diffusers, Scentsy Fragrance Cartridge Diffusers, Scentsy Go, Scentsy Go Solid and Scentsy Air Purifier — limited lifetime warranty : Scentsy Go, Scentsy Fragrance Cartridge Diffusers, Scentsy Diffusers, Scentsy Air Purifiers and Scentsy Go Solid are guaranteed to be free from defects in material and workmanship for the lifetime of the product. Any Scentsy Go, Scentsy Air Purifier, Scentsy Diffuser or Scentsy Fragrance Cartridge Diffuser found to be defective or damaged under normal use and care within six months of purchase will be replaced with the same, or comparable, product at Scentsy’s discretion at no cost to you. After six months, Scentsy will replace any of these products due to manufacturer defects, but will require a processing fee.
